I used to LOVE this salon. Amazing place, amazing technicians, and amazing staff. Unfortunately, that has changed over the past three months.

The reason? Cynthia.

I honestly don’t understand how someone with such a complete lack of professionalism, manners, communication skills, and basic customer service was ever hired by a salon of this level. She has single-handedly taken this salon from excellent to rock bottom.

Every single time I walk in, instead of simply greeting me and letting me enjoy my appointment, she immediately starts talking about how difficult her job is 🤡, how the technician supposedly doesn’t have time for me, and how I should cancel my appointment 🤡.

Excuse me… WHAT?!

My technician is literally waiting for me. There are TWO HOURS available, and my nail appointment takes approximately an hour and a half. So why exactly are we having this conversation? Do I really need to stand there for five minutes listening to completely unnecessary nonsense before my appointment?

She doesn’t greet clients. She doesn’t offer a drink. And on Sundays, she has the nerve to walk up to me with a tablet at the very beginning of my appointment and just stand there silently, apparently waiting for me to pay — because she has mopped the floor and apparently wants to go home two hours early.

On top of that, she repeatedly calls and sends completely unnecessary messages both the day before and on the day of my appointment. It’s exhausting and creates an enormous amount of unnecessary stress every single time.

And the irony? When you actually need someone at the front desk, Cynthia is nowhere to be found, and you often have to stand outside waiting for someone to open the door.

I have been coming to this salon for TWO YEARS. Before Cynthia arrived, EVERYTHING was ALWAYS perfect. The technicians, the staff, the atmosphere, the service — all of it.

So, please let me know when you fire Cynthia. I already miss what this salon used to be.

My experiences visiting the salon have been extraordinary for every service; I’ve done them all … well almost 😉 I love Polina as my hair stylist she is fast and did the best color I’ve ever had with many compliments in many cities on this hair color alone. The mani pedis are always gold standard. Hate going anywhere else for my nails. Xoxo

Let’s just say the other customer who said, “Oh! You’ll be back in 5 weeks!!!!! It’s so amazing.” may have understated the wonderfulness which is a Russian manicure and now I’m obsessed.
My tech (sorry can’t remember her name) was so sweet, actually everyone there was friendly and funny!
Pedi pic: black sandal, and mani pic, 3 weeks after my appt, and they look almost exactly like the first day.

I’ll be back, even though I’ll be coming from WYOMING! 🤠

What a luxurious place! I got my first Russian manicure, and def not my last. They serve you whatever you’d like to drink and are super kind and professional. Highly recommend if you want to splurge on a quality manicure.

Love the environment and all the staff, they are super friendly to anyone who comes in and make sure to take care of you. Sasha is an absolute magician. ✨ She turned my nails into a true masterpiece. The attention to detail, and precision are unmatched. I walked out obsessed and already can’t wait for my next set.
